Tasting Notes
Color: intense black red garnet.
Aroma: we can notice the woody notes and, behind them, very well blended black and red berries and balsamic notes from the Alicante.
Flavour: still pretty young and vibrant, but even though it has a very elegant entry, in the mid mouth we can feel the intensity of the well shaped tannins. The wood is there but the fruit overcomes it, and the finish is long and deep, with balsamic notes in the end that refresh our palate, like eucalyptus or mint.
