Carrier and delivery times

Orders are shipped by NACEX from our winery in the Alentejo. Once payment is confirmed, the order is prepared within 24 business hours and handed to the carrier. The delivery times below start from that moment.

We do not currently ship to other destinations, including the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra. For these cases, please contact us.

Free shipping

  • Mainland Portugal: orders from €100.
  • Spain (mainland): orders from €150.

Free shipping does not apply to the Azores and Madeira.

Orders of more than 24 bottles

For orders of more than 24 bottles, please contact us at geral@torredofrade.pt or +351 963 819 522 to agree on shipping conditions.

Delivery

As these are alcoholic beverages, orders are only delivered to persons aged 18 or over. You will receive the tracking number and the carrier's status updates by email.

If no one is at the address, NACEX will leave a notice and attempt delivery again. Shipments returned because of an incorrect address or because they were not collected may incur a reshipping cost.

Damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, please note it with the courier at the time of delivery. Let us know within 48 hours of delivery at geral@torredofrade.pt, with photos of the packaging and the bottles. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
